Our PMT program makes complex benefit transitions a better experience for members. We realize that when members transition from one pharmacy benefit plan to another, they may have questions about drug coverage, cost and where they can get their prescriptions filled.  Our PMT program proactively calls members and their prescribers to reduce member stress and confusion. 

Our PMT solutions include:

• Client Onboarding – Helps members during the onboarding process. We collaborate with clients to develop a customized program to fit the needs of their members as their pharmacy benefits transition to Navitus.
• Ongoing Support – Helps members with ongoing benefit transitions. We provide valuable education on benefit transitions, leverage our clinical expertise to guide members and coordinate care with a member's prescriber.
