As we have continued to monitor this situation, we have learned that Change Healthcare recently said that a large portion of the US population is affected. Their notice can be found here: www.unitedhealthgroup.com/newsroom/2024/2024-04-22-uhg-updates-on-change-healthcare-cyberattack.html.

Navitus and EpiphanyRx members may be impacted since Change Healthcare is the electronic processor used by pharmacies to send claims to payers. While we do not know what data was lost in the attack, it likely contains information commonly found on a health claim, like name and date of birth.
