Kathy Killian

Vice President, Operations

As the Vice President, Operations, Kathy is responsible for establishing and executing long-range goals, plans and policies for Navitus as a means for developing solutions to business challenges. She oversees determinations of the strategic operations plans and is responsible for operationalizing these goals and policies. She also supervises the operational and clinical adjudication process to ensure compliance with agreements with payers, accreditation organizations and others. 

Prior to her current role at Navitus, Kathy served as the Director of Patient Services Operations at Lumicera Health Services. Kathy holds extensive experience in the industry, having served over 25 years with Dean Health Plan in a variety of roles. Most recently she served as the primary point to health plan internal operations as the Vice President, Operations, optimizing service, efficiency and administrative expense using systems, data, and innovative problem solving. 

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
