Gayle Fisher

Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Contract Analysis

As the Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Contract Analysis, Gayle leads strategy, service performance, and account management teams for Navitus clients. She is responsible for developing long-term account strategy for national clients including managed care health plans, self-funded employer groups, and state government entities. Gayle’s focus also extends consulting on new sales strategy for health plans and business operations development.

Gayle joined Navitus in 2011 bringing over 20 years of health care experience for governmental entities and Medicaid contract administration, with 15 years in senior leadership roles. Prior to joining Navitus, she held various positions with Xerox/Affiliated Computer Services, including overseeing aspects of Medicaid administration. In her most recent role at ACS, Gayle was the client contact and services liaison for Texas and worked with the state to transition to more managed care models.

Before that, she served the Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership as a Senior Business Development Representative, Senior Director of Primary Care Case Management and Communications, and Pharmacy Operations Officer. Gayle also served as the Director of the Application Eligibility and Enrollment Call Center for the Texas CHIP Administrative Services Organization.

Gayle holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Texas.
