MADISON, Wis., August 24, 2022 – Navitus Health Solutions, an industry-disrupting pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) that’s committed to bringing humanity to pharmacy benefits management through greater transparency and affordability, announced the promotion of Ken Goodnight to Chief Transformation & Digital Officer.

“Since joining Navitus, Ken has played an integral part in striving to meet the evolving needs of our clients and their members by transforming our organization with innovative data and technology,” said David Fields, President and CEO of Navitus. “We’re thrilled to elevate his role as he leads the organization’s efforts to define what excellence looks like in achieving process automation and a seamless digital pharmacy benefit experience.”

Ken joined Navitus in October 2020 as Senior Vice President & Chief Customer Officer, creating customer strategies to ensure the company continued delivering exceptional service to its clients and their members. He has held executive roles in health care, pharmacy benefit management, consumer credit and travel and entertainment, including leading customer service and Medicare Part D operations at CVS Health and Express Scripts. Ken holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and organizational development from Colorado State University.

“Navitus is at the forefront of transforming the pharmacy benefit experience to best serve all, and I’m thrilled to step into this new role as we continue working towards that vision,” said Ken Goodnight. “In today’s changing health care landscape, it’s paramount that we leverage emerging technology tools to build on our data-driven pharmacy benefit solutions and ensure we provide superior customer service and clinical care.”
