Eric Feinstein Joins Navitus Health Solutions as Senior Vice President, HR and Chief People Officer

MADISON, Wis., August 20, 2020 – Navitus Health Solutions, a full pass-through pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), announced today that Eric Feinstein has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief People Officer.

Feinstein will lead the company’s Human Resources department with a focus on helping Navitus attract, engage, develop and retain top talent so it can continue providing industry-leading customer service and financial outcomes for its clients, while optimizing the health of their clients’ members.

“Eric brings extensive leadership experience in health care and human resources,” said David Fields, President and Chief Executive Officer, Navitus. “His background and expertise will help Navitus attract and engage talented individuals committed to achieving greater transparency and accountability, while taking unnecessary costs out of pharmacy benefit management.”

Feinstein joins Navitus from SSM Health, a health system with 40,000 employees over four states, and Navitus’ majority owner, where he served as Vice President, Total Rewards. Prior to SSM Health, he spent nearly 16 years in senior leadership roles in human resources functions at one of the nation’s largest Catholic health systems, with operations in 24 states and over $20 billion in revenue. Feinstein is an Enrolled Actuary, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and has served for 20 years on the committee that develops one of the actuarial certification exams. He also serves as a member of the board of directors and co-chair of the human resources committee for the CHADS Coalition, an organization focused on advancing the awareness and prevention of adolescent depression and suicide. Feinstein holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Iowa.
