We understand that managing chronic conditions, multiple medications and/or benefit changes can be confusing. Our team is calling you to provide a review of the medications you are taking and to answer any questions you may have about your pharmacy benefits.
Our knowledgeable clinicians are trained to identify and help resolve any issues related to the medications you are taking. They will not change any of your current medications. If they find opportunities to provide a better solution for you, they may reach out to your provider. Our team members will also review any medications that have negative side effects, interact with other medications or have other reported problems.
Our clinical team will typically take between 10-15 minutes to review your medications with you.
Our consultation is simple and allows you to ask our clinical experts questions about your medications.
No. Along with your doctor, we are part of your care team. Our goal is to provide a second set of eyes to review your medications and allow you to ask questions about your medications or pharmacy benefits.
