Christina Santos,

Vice President, Provider Services

As Vice President of Network Management, Christina guides the strategic direction and decision-making for Navitus’ Provider Services team. She serves as the relationship lead for all pharmacy stakeholders, directing contracting services through pharmacy channels to deliver the best value to customers and members. She is also responsible for pharmacy network management and ensures pharmacy services comply with professional, regulatory and accrediting standards. 

Christina joined Navitus as Sr. Director, Network Contracting. In that role, Christina was responsible for managing Navitus’ retail and mail order network, including CVS, Walmart and Costco. Before joining Navitus, Christina held National Account Director roles at Rite Aid Pharmacy and Teva Pharmaceuticals. At Rite Aid, she was responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for Rite Aid’s national PBM clients, including ESI, CVS and Humana. At Teva, Christina served as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical pricing strategies and reimbursement mechanisms for national markets while ensuring the highest level of customer service to national accounts, including OptumRx, AARP and Kaiser.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and a Master of Financial Management from the University of Maryland.
