As Strategic Transformation Officer at Navitus Health Solutions, Kristin leads the enterprise Transformation Office with accountability for accelerating enterprise modernization, advancing technology and data capabilities and enabling scalable, affordable pharmacy benefit solutions aligned to the Navitus mission of transparency and better health outcomes.
Prior to joining Navitus, Kristin served as Chief Strategy Officer at Providence Health Plan and held senior leadership roles at Blue Shield of California. Across these roles, she led enterprise strategy, business model transformation and growth initiatives with P&L accountability exceeding $2 billion. She has also led PBM strategy and operations transformation, including the strategic repositioning of in-house pharmacy benefit capabilities.
Kristin brings more than 25 years of experience driving innovation, growth and large-scale transformation across the healthcare ecosystem. Her career spans leadership roles across provider-sponsored and regional health plans, global pharmaceutical organizations and top-tier consulting firms. She is known for her “art of the possible” mindset and ability to translate strategy into focused execution, engaging the hearts and minds of organizations and delivering measurable results in complex, highly regulated environments.
Kristin’s expertise spans commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and individual markets, with deep experience in value-based care, digital health innovation and AI-enabled transformation. She has led corporate development, built strategic partnerships and guided organizations through complex change — earning a reputation as a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards.
She holds her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Originally from the Midwest and now based in California, Kristin enjoys traveling with her family and is passionate about fitness and improving healthspan.
