Unmatched Benefits for Your Growth and Well-being
Critical Illness Insurance
There can be a lot of expenses associated with a critical illness, and a major medical plan may not cover them all. Critical Illness coverage pays cash directly to you, the associate, upon a diagnosis of a critical illness.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Hospital Indemnity Insurance with Reliance Matrix is designed to provide financial assistance for an event that results in a hospital confinement, to supplement your current coverage.
Adoption Assistance Benefit
Navitus offers the Adoption Assistance Benefit. This provides eligible associates with up to $5,000 per adopted child for adoption-related expenses, up to a lifetime maximum of two children.
Accident Insurance
Injuries occurring off the job can be protected with Accident Insurance. This plan is designed to pay cash directly to you, the associate. This additional cash support can be used to help pay any out-of-pocket expenses related to the injury or treatments associated with that injury.
College Savings Plan
The Navitus College Savings Plan helps associates save for the cost of higher education. There are no income limits. This program provides several key benefits for associates, including tax savings, flexibility in several investment options and control of withdrawals for the life of the account.
Employee Assistance Program
We care about you and your family’s complete health, including your mental and emotional well-being. That is why we provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to you. Our EAP is designed to connect you with resources and support to tackle life’s challenges.
Group Term Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Navitus automatically provides you life and AD&D coverage of one times your annual base salary.
Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Navitus provides short and long-term disability policies to eligible associates. The short and long-term disability plans offer income protection if an associate is unable to work due to a non-work related accident or injury.
Optional Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
You have the option of enrolling in optional term life insurance and AD&D coverage in addition to the basic term life insurance Navitus provides for you.
Paid Parental Leave
Navitus offers four weeks of paid time off to eligible associates for the bonding period following the birth or placement of a child for adoption.
Dental Insurance
Navitus’ dental provider allows associates to go to any general or specialist dentist. The vast, nationwide network of contracted dentists eliminates balance billing to protect associates.
Vision Insurance
The vision program offers participating members a plan for eye exams, glasses and contact lenses. In addition, our carrier offers direct mail order for contact lenses and discounts for laser refractive surgery.
Health Insurance
Depending on the associate’s location, we offer the following plans:
• HMO (service area: Madison and Southern Wisconsin) – This plan is very comprehensive with a low deductible.
• Multi-Plan PPO (service area: Wisconsin (Non-HMO) and ALL other States) – This plan offers a low deductible in/out-of-network PPO.
• HDHP (service area: Wisconsin and all other states) – This plan has the highest deductibles, but lower associate premium contributions.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
While work makes up a large portion of your time, we are proud to offer paid time off to provide you with time away from work. Whether it be for hobbies, time with loved ones or sickness, we encourage you to use your available time off to support your health and well-being. You are eligible to accrue time per pay period based on your years of service, up to a maximum number of days annually. Your vacation time is never forfeited but will stop accruing when you reach your maximum hours.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Health care FSA: The Health care FSA helps you pay IRS-approved medical expenses. Funds you contribute to the Healthcare FSA are available in full on the first day of the plan year.
Dependent Care FSA: The Dependent Care FSA helps you pay for dependent care. This account works like a debit card; you need to accumulate the funds before you can use them.
Navitus Retirement Plan
Navitus will match 100% of the first 5% of your eligible compensation that you contribute to the plan. Your contributions and employer contributions are 100% vested immediately. Navitus has historically shared profits each year with eligible associates. Profit sharing contributions are decided on a year-to-year basis and will be added automatically to each participant’s account.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
An HSA is a personal healthcare bank account you can use to pay out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax dollars. If you enroll in the high-deductible health plan, you can open an HSA. You own and administer your HSA. You determine how much you contribute to your account, when to use your money to pay for qualified medical expenses and when to reimburse yourself.
Holidays
Navitus offers nine paid holidays per year. Typically, the holidays include:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and one Floating Holiday. Holidays are based on full-time equivalency (FTE) and eligibility status.
