Almost all of our roles are completely remote, with a corporate promise to never issue a return to office mandate.

Launch Your Pharmacy Career with the Navitus Residency Program

The Navitus PGY1 Managed Care Residency Program is designed to provide aspiring pharmacy professionals with the tools, mentorship and hands-on experience they need to become proficient in patient care and managed care pharmacy practice—all within a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) environment.

Residents work alongside industry leaders, contribute to innovative projects and gain comprehensive exposure to clinical, operational and strategic aspects of the field. This program not only builds expertise but also opens the door for teaching certifications and impactful career opportunities.
