Pass-through pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), like Navitus, are gaining traction by offering transparent models that pass all rebates and discounts back to the plan sponsor and avoid practices like spread pricing, positioning themselves as disruptors to traditional PBMs. Navitus President and Chief Executive Officer, David Fields, and Chief Pharmacy Officer, Sharon Faust, PharmD, MBA, sat down with Healthcare Brew to discuss their transparent model within the evolving PBM landscape.
