At the residency conclusion, the resident will have gained experience in clinical account management, clinical programs and population health, drug utilization management, informatics and data analysis, research, drug information and formulary management, medication therapy management (MTM), industry relations and contracting, Pharmacy & Therapeutics processes, provider services, government programs, executive leadership, specialty pharmacy (including scheduled hours each week at Lumicera Health Services), patient care activities, teaching and mentoring opportunities (including an optional teaching certificate), and other elective projects.
