Shayna Schulz

Chief Operations Officer

Shayna Schulz joins Navitus as Chief Operations Officer (COO) with nearly two decades of insurance and health plan experience, including customer service, corporate communications, operations and enterprise transformation. As COO, Shayna is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the eligibility, claims administration and customer care operations to ensure Navitus continues to reach the highest operational efficiency and service delivery standards.

Prior to joining Navitus, Shayna served as Chief Operating Officer for Included Health. She also held several senior-level positions at Blue Shield of California, including Senior Vice President, Transformation and Operations and served as Vice President of Customer Service at Allstate. 

Shayna holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in English literature, a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
