Logan Harrison

Deputy General Counsel

As Deputy General Counsel, Logan works collaboratively to ensure cross-departmental compliance with ethical business practices at Navitus. He oversees and manages legal affairs, anticipates legal risks, oversees outside counsel, and develops policy and positions on legal and regulatory issues. 

Logan holds extensive experience in health insurance, pharmacy benefit regulation and legal compliance. He also serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps. Logan has served for nearly two decades as a military lawyer practicing operational law, Uniformed Code of Military Justice and administrative law for senior level officers' commands. Before joining the Navitus team, he served as Senior Director of Public Affairs at Elevance Health where he led public policy, government relations and represented the company before its domiciliary regulator. 

Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communications from Indiana University - Bloomington and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University - Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Logan is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana.
