Kristin Gray Hamilton

Managing Vice President, EpiphanyRx

As Managing Vice President for EpiphanyRx, Kristin provides strategic direction and oversight to EpiphanyRx, Navitus’ in-house solution for employers in the emerging market. Her responsibilities include establishing strategic initiatives to drive growth within this market segment, bolstering the advisor-centric model, and championing clinical strategies designed to meet specific customer needs. 

Prior to joining Navitus in 2021, Kristin served as Vice President, Health Plan Consulting for The Burchfield Group, an Aon company. In this role, she was responsible for sales, business development and account management, and engaging with health plans' pharmacy and compliance divisions to develop and implement strategies in a highly regulatory environment.

Kristin also held multiple positions for more than a decade with AmerisourceBergen and AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group. As Vice President, Strategic Accounts, she was responsible for strategic account management of some of the largest pharmaceutical and biotech customer accounts. She developed internal processes in account-level engagement, enhancing partnerships across the AmerisourceBergen enterprise suite of services within specialty and wholesale distribution.

Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications studies and business management from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
