At Navitus, we have a dedicated team of clinicians that make outbound calls related to benefit or medication-related topics. We want you to feel secure about the conversations you have regarding your medications. Here’s an overview of programs your benefit plan may be a part of, a list of the clinical staff you may hear from and phone numbers in use.
PROGRAMs OVERVIEW
As a member, you may receive calls as a part of these programs:
Personalized Member Transitions (PMT)
If your pharmacy benefit plan has recently switched to Navitus, our clinicians may call you to discuss drug coverage changes, how to fill prescriptions, coordinating with your prescribers and keeping up with your therapies.
Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
If you’re a Medicare beneficiary and managing multiple chronic conditions, our clinicians may call you on an annual basis to review your medications. If new concerns arise, they may reach out to make sure you have the resources you need.
Reporting and Intervention for Stars Excellence (RISE)
Our clinicians may call to ensure you have access to the medications you need and answer questions about your medications, all in partnership with your health plan.
Client Advocates
Client advocates may call you to provide support on behalf of your plan regarding benefit status, drug coverage, financial options and case updates.
