Justin Wren

A remarkable individual whose life is a testament to resilience, compassion and the power of the human spirit, Justin embodies the essence of extraordinary. 
 
And his journey is nothing short of inspiring. Rising from the depths of despair, he overcame battles with depression, addiction and suicidal thoughts to become a beacon of hope for others. His transformative experience living among the Mbuti people in the Congo Basin Rainforest sparked the creation of Fight for the Forgotten, an organization dedicated to tackling the global water crisis and combating climate change. 
 
Having witnessed the devastating impact of deforestation firsthand, he and his dedicated team have replanted tens of thousands of trees and built a nursery for indigenous and fast-growing hardwoods, ensuring sustainable resources for the Mbuti community. His powerful storytelling has graced platforms such as TEDx Talks and ESPN.

As President & CEO of Navitus Health Solutions, David provides enterprise leadership and strategic direction for Navitus, a long-time “disrupter” in the PBM industry. He is
responsible for external relationships such as industry thought-leader engagement, media interaction, and potential and current client strategies and support. David collaborates with the Navitus Operating Committee (OC) to maintain its strategic plan and to develop and direct its goals, policies, and execution.

As part of the Navitus mission to transform pharmacy benefits to best serve all, he plays an integral role in building partnerships that enhance people’s lives. As part of that mission, David led the team that formed Costco’s minority partnership in Navitus. He also played a key role in Navitus’ acquisition of EpiphanyRx™, CareMetx®, and Quality Drug Clinical Care, to expand the company’s strategic footprint.

Prior to joining Navitus, David served as President & CEO of Dean Health Plan, where he led the operations and continued growth of one of the largest HMOs in the Midwest, with a network of more than 4,000 practitioners at nearly 200 primary care sites and 28 hospitals. He also served as Executive Vice President — Markets at Blue Shield of California, where he managed a nearly $20 billion, 4-million-member non-profit health plan. He previously held senior executive roles at Aetna®, Coventry, Anthem®, and Humana.

David has held leadership positions on a number of boards, including the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Labor-Management Council, and the National Conference of Christians and Jews. He earned a degree in accounting from the University of Louisville and has completed executive education at Duke University and Harvard University.

As Chief Growth Officer, Diana is accountable for business growth and expansion within markets that Navitus serves. She is a champion for customer centricity, providing leadership to further market-driven action, excellent service, and achievement of aligned goals. Her organization spans new Sales and Business Development, Proposals, Implementation, Client Financial Analysis, Marketing and Enterprise Strategy, Customer Success, Clinical Customer Success and Government Programs.

Diana brings 30 years of experience managing accelerated business development in the health care space. Prior to joining Navitus, she served as Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Aetna and Vice President and General Manager at Blue Shield of California.

She is a former director of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Alameda County, California. Diana holds a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside.

As the Managing Vice President of Customer Success, Stephanie oversees client strategy and service performance across all lines of business, including managed care health plans, self-funded employer groups, and government entities. She is responsible for developing and executing annual strategic business plans for all Navitus clients, ensuring they receive the necessary products and services to offer top-tier pharmacy benefits while effectively managing overall health care costs.

In addition to her strategic responsibilities, Stephanie leads the Customer Success team, which includes Clinical Customer Success. She is committed to providing the best possible experience for both customers and members.

With over 25 years of experience in the PBM industry, Stephanie began her career in Account Management, spending over 12 years managing various employer and health plan customers. She has also led Account Management and Sales teams at Elixir, Prime Therapeutics, and Castlight Health, among others. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

Sharon Faust,
PharmD, CSP

Chief Pharmacy Officer

Sharon is the Chief Pharmacy Officer, providing oversight, leadership, strategy, and direction for pharmacy services, pharmacy operations, technology, clinical programs, and quality improvement (QI) in the delivery of specialty medications and clinical programs. She also develops business insight and strategic initiatives for long-term sustainable growth, utilizing analytics and industry insight.

Before this role, Sharon was the General Manager of Lumicera® Health Services where she provided strategic direction and oversight of the company, supporting its unique business model, growth, and regulatory needs. Her responsibilities included oversight of pharmacy operations, clinical and quality programs, and trade relations.

Before joining Lumicera in 2014, Sharon worked as a clinical pharmacist in both retail and health system pharmacies. In these roles, she developed a clinical and patient-care foundation, conducting comprehensive medication reviews for patients with complex therapies and providing patient-centered consultations.

She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin—Whitewater.

Sharon is a certified specialty pharmacist licensed in Wisconsin and is an active member of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy. In 2016, she was awarded the Next-Generation Pharmacist, Specialty Pharmacist of the Year presented by Specialty Pharmacy Times and Prata for pharmacy innovation and patient care excellence for her work at Lumicera.

Robyn Crosson is the Vice President of Government Affairs at Navitus, where she provides strategic direction on government relations initiatives. She cultivates and oversees external relationships with state and federal governments, lobbyists and stakeholders.

Robyn has more than 20 years of experience in the health and insurance industry. Previous roles include Chief Deputy Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Insurance (DOI),
Vice President of Benefits Compliance at ADP TotalSource, and Senior Associate at Proskauer LLP, where she focused on insurance, health compliance and securities.

Robyn holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Indiana University.

Ryan Schmidt, PharmD

Associate Director, Business Insights

As Associate Director of Business Insights at Navitus Health Solutions, Ryan Schmidt, PharmD, provides valuable consultation to clients and market-facing teams regarding clinical market trends and cost saving solutions. In his role, he works cross-functionally between clinical and business partners to cultivate insights and inform value-driving initiatives. His responsibilities include serving as the clinical representative on Navitus’ Data Governance Committee and championing the development of Navitus’ annual Drug Trend Report. Previously, Ryan managed Formulary Services at Navitus, where he led analyses of clinical, claims and pricing data to expand formulary offerings.

Ryan’s depth of expertise is rooted in more than 17 years of clinical and pharmacy benefit management experience. Prior to joining Navitus, Ryan was a pharmacy manager in both retail and clinical pharmacy settings. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin — Madison and is a licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin.

As a pharmacist, clinical consultant at Navitus, Imke evaluates clinical and financial trends in the pharmacy benefit space, helping her to inform internal market intelligence to better cultivate clinical programs. She also distills complex, multi-faceted information into easily understood messages that can be distributed to a wide variety of personnel.

Previous to this role, Imke was a clinical account executive at EpiphanyRx, where she managed clinical relationships with all clients to ensure understanding of the formulary strategy and served as a clinical consultant for all client clinical questions.

Imke holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island.

Abby Kraft

Manager, Channel Partner Relationships

As the manager of channel partner relationships at Navitus, Abby cultivates relationships with major healthcare organizations, develops standardized sales processes and is building a new division for continued growth support.

Abby previously held leadership roles at Navitus, including Senior Manager of Client Operations, where she optimized project management strategies and reduced system impact reports by 39%. While working at Prism Health Group, she led client management initiatives overseeing strategic partnerships and market expansion efforts.

Abby is an accomplished healthcare and PBM professional with over 15 years of experience in account management, client operations and strategic partnerships. Her expertise spans business development, process improvement and cross functional collaboration, making her a key driver of organization growth and client success.

Ricky Li started working for Costco in 2013, working through various pharmacy
roles in operations. 

Today, Ricky is the assistant vice president responsible for contracting and
business development at Costco Pharmacy.
